We help people buy or build their own home through various land transfer duty concessions, exemptions and waivers – including for first home buyers and pensioners – as well as the First Home Owner Grant.
The Victorian Homebuyer Fund closed to new participants in 2025–26, after helping more than 25,000 Victorians enter home ownership.
We also return millions of dollars in unclaimed money to its rightful owners every year.
